In the Consumer Electronics Show 2012(CES), several innovative products like Ubuntu TV ,Sony X-series docks, Griffin docks, Belkin Thunderbolt hard disks have been displayed. OnLive.com which has become immensely popular due to its streaming of video games to users has now come up with an extraordinary offering in the form of an app for iPad users which will stream a virtual windows 7 desktop onto your iDevice. This app known as Onlive desktop brings full Windows apps, including Microsoft Office, to the iPad via the cloud. Onlive.com has a very reliable and excellent  cloud gaming technology. Using this as their advantage, they run windows 7 apps on their servers and sync it using their cloud services to our iPad.

Onlive desktop delivers a seamless and innovative Windows desktop experience with instant-response multi-touch gestures, together with a full on-screen Windows keyboard and handwriting recognition, enabling complete and convenient viewing and editing of even the most complex documents. Rich media, such as video, animation, slide transitions and even PC games, never before practical via remote desktop delivery, run fluidly and dynamically with instant-action interactivity which makes us feel in love with this app.
